Built with care by Nikoli and Giorgos in 2024, it reflects their wish to offer a place where simplicity, kindness and authentic hospitality come together among centuries-old olive trees.
From the very beginning, the vision was clear: to create a boutique sanctuary that respects Corfu’s natural heritage and blends harmoniously with the land. Local materials such as stone from the village of Sinies and the natural kourasani finish were selected to echo the island’s architectural tradition and to integrate sustainability into every structure.
The architecture embraces geophilia, the natural bond between people and the land. Sunlight enters through generous openings, natural textures soften every space, and the presence of the olive grove brings a sense of calm and grounding. Thoughtful details and warm gestures define the way we welcome guests, nurturing a feeling of belonging through the simplicity of everyday moments.
Sustainability is at the heart of our philosophy. Energy-efficient building design, advanced insulation, solar systems, water reuse practices and low-water Mediterranean planting all work together to reduce our environmental footprint while creating a warm and restorative atmosphere.
